The T series has everything a medium size business requires and more. Its feature set is comparable to those available for large companies and new features that become available can be added easily at small cost.
- LOW TELEPHONE BILLS – The T Series Phone System, cuts your telephone bills by a number of ways. You can reduce the number of telephone lines to reduce your monthly line rental, yet at the same time provide each employee with a direct number or extension. Calls can be migrated over easily to Voice over IP where call charges are lower, and where there is often no line rental charged. A clever built in Least Cost Routing feature, automatically routes your calls through the lowest cost line. For example through BT for mobile calls, and VOIP for international/national calls.
- LOW PRICE – at only £2400 the T4 is incredibly good value for a phone system that can handle up to 200 employees. If you have a staff of 50 or below the T3 is just £1200.
- LOW RUNNING COSTS – The system requires very little IT skill to maintain. Any IT literate staff may be trained to configure the system once it is installed, therefore cutting the cost whenever any changes or upgrades is done on the system.
- CENTRALISED PHONE BOOK – a centralised phone book accessible by all staff. New contacts added by one employee will be assessable by all employees. A private contact will not be assessable to others. When a company reaches a certain size it is impossible to know the extension for each employee and this feature becomes essential. Details of callers will be shown if their details are on the phone book.
- VOICEMAIL – Pay no extra for voicemail. They system has separate voicemail boxes for every extension and voicemail boxes can be assigned for groups of individuals.
- CALL RECORDING – Call recording can be made at a touch of a button. The system can be configured to record every call made to/from external numbers. These recordings will be assessable only by the system administrator.
- STAFF CALL CONTROL – High rate phone numbers. Eg. 09 or international numbers, may be barred on an individual employee bases.
- REMOTE WORKING – Through a broadband connection, full access to the phone system and features is possible. For travelling sales staff or any employees who are unable to get to the office, work continues as normal.
