Implementation & Training
Every system we offer is installed by highly skilled engineers. We perform thorough initial tests and monitor performance closely for every new installation.
We will train an individual in your company to make routine changes to the system, and ensure all your staff are adept with their new communications tool.
Maintenance and upgrades
We are able to maintain your system, make software upgrades or system configuration remotely. However for large system changes, we will send an engineer to you who will perform the upgrade.
We offer three levels of technical support for your phone system depending on your business requirements: Standard, Premium and Ultimate. Depending on the level of service your subscribe to, we will include:
- Telephone and remote support.
- Online tickets and web support.
- Monthly Bandwidth and QoS Quality Check.
- Testing of IVR Integrity / Operation.
- Preventative maintenance auto responder IVR, Failover and Redundancy configurations.
- System check to ensure ongoing operation with updates and hardware additions supplied by third-party IT providers.
- ISDN check to provide guidance on attaining optimum voice quality.
- Monthly configuration backup.
- Ongoing software updates.
