General settings for your softphone may be configured in the following window.

Forward Mode

 

Please ensure PRESS FORWARD BUTTON BEFORE is selected.

 

Login

 

When windows start the softphone maybe started automatically by selecting AUTOMATIC LOGIN ON START.

 

SAVING USERNAME/PASSWORD may be selected to avoid having to enter login details to login next time

 

System

 

Select DISABLE CLOSING to stop the softphone application terminating when it's window is closed. When selected the sfotphone can be terminated by selecting FILE -> EXIT.

 

Hot Key

 

When hotkey is activated, any number highlighted can be dialled by pressing the hotkey.

 

 

Messages

 

To enable text messages received to be displayed and given an alert tone.
