Audio options for your softphone may be configured in the following window.

 

 

Audio Options

 

When connected a headset or new audio device for the first time with your softphone, use these settings to configure your audio device.

 

The Test buttons allows the audio device speaker and microphone levels to be tested.

 

Ensure the Mixer is chosen to be the same as your selected audio device.

 

A secondary device may be configured to allow quick interchange.
