Blind Transfer

 

A call can be transfered to another number regardless whether it is answered or not.

This feature is useful when it is necessary to physically transfer the caller to another phone in a different location.

 

During the call, right-click one of the users in your icon panel.

 

Blind Transfer

 

Then select Blind transfer in the new window.

 

Transfer occurs immediately and the new users extension will begin to ring.
