Call hold

 

Using your USB Headset

 

By pushing button 4 and holding it down for 2 seconds, the current call will be put on hold. Repeating this action will take the call off hold.

Select the following icon to place the current call on hold.

 

Call Hold

 

To take the call of hold, select the following icon.

 

Call hold off

 

Alternatively double clicking on the number in the call queue.
