Call Options

 

Call settings for your softphone may be configured in the following window.

 

 

Call options

 

Phone Ringing

 

A different ringing tone may be played. Browse to select the ringing WAV tone.

 

Ringing Style

 

The default buzzer can be selected for incoming calls.

 

Alternative if Wave Ringing is selected, the the ringtone selected in Phone Ringing setting will be played.

 

During a Call

 

If selected either the buzzer or the wave ringing tone will be heard when a call arrives during a call. If using a headset, the buzzer will be heard on top of the person you are talking to, and usually it is advised to keep this option turned off.

 

Divert Mode

 

An option of a time delay is given before the call is diverted to the specified number. The delay is in seconds.
