Hold and Transfer

 

A call can be put on hold, and then transfered to a new number.

 

During the call, select the following icon.

Then call the new number. If the new number does not answer, end the call. The caller placed on hold may be retrieved by taking them off hold in the usual manor.

 

If the new number does answer the call, the transfer can be completed by ending your call with the new number by selecting the following icon.
