Receiving a call

 

Using your USB Headset

 

When the USB Headset is in the cradle, a call can be answered simply by lifting the headset from the cradle.

 

When the headset is being worn, an intermittent tone will sound from the earpiece, and the call maybe answered by pressing button 7.

Calls can be answered by pressing the RETURN key on your keyboard or selecting the following icon on the softphone.
